On my own again

Aalborg - Mariendal Strand 20.16 km

We had a hotel accommodation in Aalborg at a great location next to the water front and City centre, plus an amazing breakfast buffet. There was so much delicious food that I rolled through Aalborg for the whole day. We explored the city a little after buying our train tickets: The girls to Copenhagen to catch their flight back to the UK and me to Aarhus to continue along the East Coast towards South this time.

Aalborg is a nice city to visit, small enough to explore walking. It's a artistic place with cute little streets, churches, the water front, and the park of music in which musicians that have visited Aalborg planted a cherry tree and with a button press under that tree one gets a sample of their best hits. People walked through the park dancing which was nice to see and join a little.

Aalborg.

We were in the same train until Aarhus, where we then had to say good bye and I left the girls. It was a great trip together and I'm sad that it's already over.

Bye bye :(

Once arrived in Aarhus, I left the city to follow again the Östkystruten, just towards south this time. After this luxury hotel night I found a free camping spot right on the beach for the night. From fully luxury to fully wild.
