It was very warm already in the morning, so I started the day with a morning swim. The Odder peninsula was a mix of forrests, countryside fields, and sand roads with sea views, very relaxed to cycle.
One of the free shelters close to where I camped. They need to be prebooked. This one even had a sea view.
The sunflowers are blooming.
The midday was very hot and cycling got exhausting with some hills on the way along the Fjord to Horsens. I took a little detour to a beach for a cool down in the water and a long lunch break to escape the heat a little.
After this little break there was a refreshing summer shower which cooled me down again after another stretch of biking.
Nice to be so close to the water.
Nice change of scenery: from fields to old town to beach :) and another Matildedal btw!
